Together we will look at simple ways to make holistic living easy and accessible. From hydration, sleep, mindset, meditation, breath work and much more. We will apply current holistic principles to our everyday life. We will discuss specific attainable changes we can make every week to align with our best health. You are part of the movement, the holistic movement toward wellness.
We are owning our power to live in harmony with our bodies and heal our imbalances. We will be using our knowledge to improve the quality of our life and sharing our strategies with our community to inspire others to join us in The Holistic Movement.
We will talk in depth every week as we learn to apply a specific holistic principle to our everyday life. All travelers on the path to wellness walk on the holistic path. Every time we meet, we will learn ways to make small upgrades to our habits and thinking.
Each show we will take a few minutes to have a movement snack. Our movement snack will bring us back to the joy of moving in our bodies and with our breath. With fresh blood flow pumping through our veins we will discuss our topic of the day.
Karina Krepp is a holistic lifestyle coach and wellness advocate. She has been certified by the American Council on Exercise since 1996 and has been working in the fitness industry for over 27 years. She ran the movement department at the famous Sports Training Institute in New York City for several years. She then became an Elite Trainer at Crunch Gym. Karina has been working exclusively one on one for the last twenty years. She is a Certified 500 hour Yoga Instructor, TRX certified, Certified Run Coach, Chek Institute Exercise Coach, Chek Institute Holistic Lifestyle Coach , Chek Institute Integrated Movement Specialist level lll and she specializes in pre and post natal fitness. She is ‘on set’ or ‘on site’ only. Her client list includes captains of industry, philanthropists, film directors and producers, judges and even a mayor of the city of New York. Her passion is working with unique physical imbalances, including: Cancer survivors, MS, new joint, chronic pain, geriatric fitness and arthritis.
Karina’s fitness journey has brought her to marathons, triathlons, Spartan races, century rides, the top of the Freedom Tower, top of the Empire State Building, the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro and up and down in the TransRockies ultramarathon.
She believes breath is the key and the body is wise.
